Earning Call Notes

One of my largest positions reported last night. Their earnings call was today. This is one of my favorite industries. I think it has significant upside as day rates increase, debt is paid down and asset prices re-rate closer to true book value.

Here are my notes from the earning call. There will probably be typos as this was written quickly. I would suggest reading through the transcript when it is published to correct any mistakes I might have made.
